Sleek is not only a hair company but a space for strong women and men in the community to express themselves. My name is Nicole and I began doing hair in college at Towson University in Maryland. Once I graduated college with a degree in psychology and marketing I  began studying at the Aveda Institute in Washington D.C. to obtain my cosmetology license. During my transition, I started my hair company Sleek Styles by Cole, which focuses on providing both luxury and affordable hair extensions and wigs for women in the community.
